 Your delicious hand-made truffles are best eaten at room temperature. They prefer to be eaten immediately, and usually are (yes they are that good) but will remain fresh tasting for up to 2 weeks at room temperature and out of the sun (not exceeding 70'F, and 60% humidity). To store for up to 2 months place package in 2 plastic bags, close tight and refrigerate. To store for up to 6 months use same method and freeze. To thaw, keep chocolates in the plastic bags until the entire package has reached room temperature. Refrigerator~2hours, Freezer~6 hours. Chubby Chipmunk Hand-Dipped Truffles are most enjoyable if eaten with a friend as they are big enough for two.
